About

Adopted soon after birth, Veritahl was raised by two doting mothers in Old Sharlayan. Botanists by trade and scholars to-boot, they encouraged the young Veritahl to pursue her own education with the same fervor. She swiftly took to the healing arts, alchemy, and somanoutics, receiving her archon mark not long before the calamity.After Dalamud fell, she made the contentious decision to leave for Eorzea in order to help those in need of succor and discovered her passion for travelling.Doctor Veritahl is an able fighter, strong, and magically adept, especially so in the realm of healing and medicine.A born pacifist, she has never been eager to escalate conflicts into physical altercations, but is no stranger to battle, having taken part in several major conflicts throughout Eorzea's continued growth.

  • Her own aether is... a mess. Showing all sorts of abnormalities and even voidal taint. Though her outward appearance would suggest no such thing.

  • Doctor Veritahl is largely disliked by most high houses in Ishgard and is not welcome in many establishments, and especially not the courts. Guards make to ensure she is barred entry from certain places, especially the courts. One may have heard rumors from nobles whispering, or drunken tales told by veteran temple knights.

  • It's clear to those who pay attention, that she has a nasty habit of overworking herself, sometimes to the point of passing out.

  • Scars: An extremely brutal scar circles almost entirely around her left shoulder.

  • Eyes: Black. Dunesfolk eyes. Shimmer with pearlescence when she uses aethersight. Sclera are pure white with no visible veins.

  • Body: Light freckles, average build.
