Healer, Protector, Traveler, and some would even say hero.

Adopted soon after birth, Veritahl was raised by two doting mothers in Old Sharlayan. Botanists by trade and scholars to-boot, they encouraged the young Veritahl to pursue her own education with the same fervor. She swiftly took to the healing arts, alchemy, and somanoutics, receiving her archon mark not long before the calamity. After Dalamud fell, she made the contentious decision to leave for Eorzea in order to help those in need of succor and discovered her passion for travelling.Doctor Veritahl is an able fighter, strong, and magically adept, especially so in the realm of healing and medicine.A born pacifist, she has never been eager to escalate conflicts into physical altercations, but is no stranger to battle, having taken part in several major conflicts throughout Eorzea's continued growth, including the Dragonsong War as a defender of the city proper and the Liberation of Ala Mhigo as a medic.
Doctor Veritahl is an archon, having demonstrated exceptional knowledge in healing, and demystifying many older alchemical texts. Her archon mark is visible right below the nape of her neck.
Watching this lalafell's movements, one might realize that she is... absurdly strong for someone of her stature, where does this power come from?
Fellow Sharlayans may recall her choice to leave for Eorzea after the calamity, it was considered quite the divisive choice among her peers.
The good doctor seldom charges gil for their services; how does she make ends meet? Any number of rumors could stem from that.
They can hardly ignore a cry for help or healing. Even those who many might think do not deserve such mercy would likely receive succor under the Doctor's care.
Veritahl has worked closely with scholars and alchemists from all around the globe, and she takes time out of her schedule to catch up with peers in Thavnair when she can.
Veritahl is a bit of a snoop, through magics or her aetherometer specs, she is more than capable of passively peering at the aether of others. Feel free to callout anything that may be particularly striking to her senses.
Doctor Veritahl is largely disliked by most high houses in Ishgard and is not welcome in most noble establishments, and especially not the courts. Guards make to ensure she is barred entry from certain places, especially the courts. One may have heard rumors from nobles whispering, or drunken tales told by trembling veteran temple knights.
The good doctor is a kind and loving woman, and when she is not alone, she is likely among one of her several sweethearts.
Scholarly types may recognize her name from a few niche books on 3rd and 5th astral era alchemical practices.
She will likely be interested in any rarities. Rare plants, rare substances, rare materials. Everything has a unique use in alchemy to her, and she has a hobby of experimenting with relatively harmless potions.

Pleasure to make your acquaintance, and sorry to break it to you, but I am not an OOC doctor. Gods, could you imagine though? Ha... I have been RP-ing on and off for my entire life, and I've grown quite fond of my silly little Doctor Veritahl, so I intend to stick around like this for quite some time. As a player I spend most of my time Gposing, making glamours, and RP. I am no stranger to doing content as well, but that's not what you're here for, I'd assume.I'm available for all types of RP, so please hit me up on discord or in-game if you're interested! doctor_veritahl on there.Doctor Veritahl is an adult and will engage in normal adult things which may include explorations and expressions of attraction and sexuality. If that bothers you to know, then I don't think we'll enjoy RP together regardless, and I encourage you to search elsewhere for RP.Yes she's a little OP, I like my OP girl. There's more nuance to it though, I promise.I put much of my heart into my characters, so I try to avoid any "bad ends" with the good doctor, but I'm no stranger to darker RP. Communication is key, however, and I'm not opposed to chatting about the direction we may want an RP to go.I personally prefer to avoid content with unnecessarily cruel plot threads or elements. I am also 21+ and would prefer to only RP with those that are also 21+.
